Yoga is the perfect escape from our busy lives. The combination of movement and focused breathing helps to calm your mind, improve posture and strengthen your inner core. I currently offer a mixture of in-person and online classes, suitable for all levels and abilities.


Yoga for all levels (in person)

Monday evenings

This class is for suitable for both beginners and those with experience of yoga. It is designed to take you through the basics of Hatha yoga (and beyond), concentrating on spinal alignment to develop good posture. During the course you will  develop your flexibility, strenghten your inner core muscles and learn yoga breathing techniques (pranayama) that you can take off the mat into everyday life. The class will finish with a short meditation and a well-earned relaxation (savasana).

This class is held online, so you can practice in the comfort of your own home! Suitable for both beginners and those with experience of yoga, it is designed to take you through the basics of Hatha yoga (and beyond). The class will finish with a short meditation and a well-earned relaxation (savasana).

Pregnancy Yoga (online)

A small gentle class giving you tools for a more stress-free pregnancy. As well as practising movements for health, well-being and vitality, I teach four core breathing techniques to calm mind and body during pregnancy and especially through labour and birth. We also cover postures to strengthen pelvic floor, relieve lower back pain, ease swollen ankles and painful joints; positive affirmations; meditation for inner silence; resting postures and a deep relaxation. Beginners to yoga are welcome. You need to be at least 12 weeks pregnant to join.

Wednesday 6:30pm to 8pm

Yoga for Later Life (online)

Thursday mornings

A class for older people who want to keep fit and flexible, and make new friends at the same time. I offer a gentle workout that links simple stretches with the breath to benefit body and mind. Perfect for beginners and those with injuries or health issues. The class ends with 15 minutes of blissful relaxation.

Thursdays: 10.00 - 11.15 am
Classes are held online via Zoom. You will be sent a link and joining instructions before each class.
£5 per class


One-to-one yoga classes perfect if you want to practice at a time that suits you, and get a personal class completely tailored to your body, experience and lifestyle. These can either be booked as a one-off or as a course. Each class includes an hour of healing yoga followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation or relaxation. Please get in touch to find out more.
